Al Kamil Travel began with a simple frustration: booking Umrah should not feel like a gamble. Too many pilgrims arrived to find the "5-minute walk" was twenty, the transport never came, and nobody answered the phone. We built the agency we wished existed — one that walks the hotels before selling them, processes visas in-house, and answers WhatsApp on the first buzz.
What we do
From our office in Nelson, Lancashire, we arrange Umrah packages all year round, seasonal Ramadan programmes and guided Hajj groups — plus the other side of travel: luxury holidays, honeymoons and tailor-made tours across the Mediterranean, the Gulf, the Indian Ocean and the Far East.
How we work
- Honest grading. A 3-star package is called a 3-star package. Hotel names and distances are in writing before you pay.
- One team, end to end. Flights, visas, hotels, transfers and ziyarah with the same people — no call centres.
- Fair prices. We publish from-prices and hold them wherever the airlines let us.
- After-sales that answer. Seven-days-a-week WhatsApp support while you travel.
