Frequently Asked Questions

Everything customers usually ask before booking. Can't find yours? WhatsApp us.

How do I book with Al Kamil Travel?
Simply request a quote through the website form or message us on WhatsApp with your dates, party size and preferred hotel level. We reply with a tailored quote — usually the same day — and confirm your booking in writing once you are happy and a deposit is received.
Is the Umrah visa included in your packages?
Yes. Our Umrah packages include Umrah visa processing. We handle the application on your behalf — you just provide your passport details and photos. Visa issuance remains at the discretion of the Saudi authorities.
Are flights and hotels included in the price?
Our "from" prices include return flights from the UK, your hotels in Makkah and Madinah, the Umrah visa and airport transfers. Exact inclusions are confirmed in writing on your quote before you pay anything.
Which UK airports do you depart from?
We arrange departures from London, Manchester, Birmingham and other UK airports, and can add a coach or private transfer to the airport for pilgrims in the North West. Tell us your nearest airport and we will find the best routing.
How close are the hotels to the Haram?
We grade hotels honestly by walking distance to Masjid al-Haram in Makkah and Al-Masjid an-Nabawi in Madinah. Every quote states the hotel name and its distance so there are no surprises on arrival.
Can I change the dates, hotels or room type?
Absolutely — every package is a starting point. We tailor dates, hotel level, room occupancy (triple, quad, double) and duration to your needs. Just tell us what you would like and we will re-price it.
How do I pay, and is a deposit required?
We take a deposit to confirm your booking, with the balance due before travel. We will explain the payment schedule clearly on your quote. We never ask for card details through the website — payment is arranged securely with our team.
What is your cancellation and refund policy?
Airline tickets and hotel bookings follow their suppliers' own change and cancellation rules, which we always explain before you commit. Where a refund is possible we process it promptly; our service fees are non-refundable once work has begun.
Do you arrange Hajj packages too?
Yes. We offer Economy, Premium and 5-star (Shifting and Non-Shifting) Hajj packages with experienced UK group leaders and clear guidance through the days of Hajj. Places are limited each season, so we recommend enquiring early.
Do you offer holidays and honeymoons as well?
We do. Alongside Umrah and Hajj, we arrange luxury holidays, honeymoons and tailor-made tours — the Maldives, Dubai, Turkey, Bali, Santorini, Andalusian Spain, Petra and more, with halal-friendly options throughout.
My passport is due to expire soon — is that a problem?
Your passport must be valid for at least six months beyond your return date. If yours is close to expiry, renew it before booking, and tell us so we can plan around the timing.
How do I get help while I am travelling?
Our team is reachable on WhatsApp seven days a week, before, during and after your journey. If anything needs attention while you travel, message us and we will help straight away.
