Terms and Conditions

These terms form the agreement between you and Al Kamil Travel when you use this website or make a booking. Please read them before booking.

Quotes and prices

Quotes are prepared from live airline and hotel availability and are not guaranteed until deposit or full payment is received. "From" prices are per person, based on sharing, and vary by date, room type and availability.

Bookings and payment

A booking exists when we confirm it in writing after receiving your payment. Names must match passports exactly; correcting a name after ticketing may carry airline charges.

Visas and travel documents

Where a visa is included we process it on your behalf; issuance remains at the discretion of the authorities. You are responsible for holding a passport valid for at least six months from your return date.

Changes and cancellations

Airline tickets and hotel bookings carry their suppliers' change and cancellation rules; we will always tell you the applicable rules before you commit. Our service fees are non-refundable once work has begun.

Our responsibility

We act as agent for airlines, hoteliers and other suppliers. We choose them with care, and we will always assist in resolving issues, but their services are provided under their own terms.

Complaints

If something is not right, tell us while you travel so we can fix it, then write to info@alkamiltravel.co.uk within 28 days of returning.
